Peak Performance Maintenance Agreement Program
L.M. Wilson offers our customers a Peak Performance Maintenance Agreement Program. Our service technicians have developed a customized 21 point safety and efficiency inspection that addresses the problems that are seen most often in this area of North Carolina. The comprehensive service and maintenance agreement we offer to you is designed with you comfort and safety in mind.
- Peak Performance Maintenance Agreement Program includes two visits per year.
- A heating and cooling check-up at a cost of only $199.00 ($159.00 when renewing after first year) for one unit, an additional $129.00 for a second unit at same address.
*A complete system replacement is more likely to be required in systems that have NOT had routine service.
* Most health risks associated with home air quality can be dramatically reduced or eliminated with proper system service and proper inspection.
